Before Your First Visit

We want to make your first visit easy and stress-free. Here's how to get ready:

  • You can request to fill out intake forms ahead of time

  • No need to arrive early. We've allotted the first 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time to check you in, complete your intake form, and prepare the room. You will be seen by the doctor 15 mins after your scheduled appointment.

  • Come in dress as is. No need to change into loose fit clothes.

  • We provide complementary verification of insurance benefit. Just bring your insurance card and an ID.

  • Parking lot provided.

Not sure about something? Just give us a call - we're happy to assist.

During Your Visit

Your first appointment typically lasts about 45-60 minutes and includes the following:

  • A warm welcome. You'll be greeted by our friendly front desk staff who will answer any questions and get you settled in.

  • A one-on-one consultation. Dr. Diego will take time to listen to your concerns, ask about your health history, and understand your goals.

  • A full examination. We'll assess posture, mobility, reflexes, and any problem areas. This helps us create a customized plan that fits your needs.

  • Initial treatment (if appropriate). In many cases, we can begin gentle, targeted treatment the same day - but we'll always explain everything before we begin.

You'll never feel rushed, and nothing will happen without your full understanding and consent.

After Your Visit

We will explain what adjustments were made and schedule a visit within 24-48 hours to go through your treatment plan, which may include:

  • Follow-up visits

  • At-home exercises or stretches

  • Lifestyle recommendations to support healing

You'll leave with a clearer picture of what's going on in your body - and a plan to start feeling better.

What to Bring

Just bring the basics:

  • Your completed intake form (if completed ahead of time)

  • Insurance card (if using insurance)

  • A list of current medications or conditions

  • Comfortable clothes for movement
